| Details: | Breed and Weight restrictions apply (80 lbs Maximum at Adult Weight-No aggressive Breeds)
Maximum two (2) pets per household.
All cats must be spayed or neutered, de-clawed and kept indoors at all times.
All residents with pets are required to submit a statement from a licensed veterinarian establishing each of the following, PRIOR TO MOVE IN: (A) The breed of the animal (B) General good health of the animal (C) which and when vaccinations have been received and the animal has received all vaccinations required by law.
Deposit: $200 (refundable)
Fee: $204 (Non-refundable)
Monthly rent: $30.60 per pet
RULES & REGULATIONS: All pets will be subject to all rules and regulations in the Lease Agreement, Pet Agreement, and/or Community Rules and regulations.
